Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the Travel Demo platform and the booking of travel services. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Booking and confirmation

A booking becomes firm once payment (in full or the deposit) is confirmed. You will receive your voucher and the corresponding invoice by e-mail. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price guaranteed.

2. Payment

We accept payment by card, PayPal, bank transfer or at our office. For packages with a deposit, the balance must be paid by the communicated deadline; otherwise the booking may be cancelled.

3. Cancellation and changes

Cancellations are made from your account. The refunded amount is calculated according to the cancellation policy shown on each package, based on the time remaining until departure. Force majeure situations are handled under the applicable legislation (Romanian Emergency Ordinance 2/2018).

4. Traveller obligations

The traveller is responsible for the validity of their travel documents (ID card/passport), for any required visas and for meeting the entry conditions of the destination country.

5. Liability

Travel Demo acts as an intermediary between the traveller and the service providers. Liability is limited to the services contracted and described in the package.
